➤ About Buying Adopts
• When commenting on my post, do not delete or backout your offer
• You can change the design of them but please keep it recognizable
• Remember to credit my name (FairyPie2909 on both Toyhouse and Deviantart/ or @fairypie2909 on insta) as the artist designer on every platform
• You can't sell them at a higher price than what you bought, unless they have HQ arts
• Please ask me for the permission when reselling
• Please notify me the new owner when you resell them
• You need to wait at least 3-4 months before reselling
• Do not ask your refund if you have already bought a design
• Do not claim my art/designs as yours or trace, copy them
• Do not back out your bid, if you do that over 2 times you're on my blacklist
• Don't trade/sell my designs to anyone blacklisted
• Do not use my designs commercially, I'm uncomfortable with that
• if you co-own with someone pls lemme know
• Please tag me or contact me when you retrade/regift/resell the character
➤ About Paying Adopts
• For auction: I will give you 12 hours - 1 day to pay
• For flat price: I will give you 8 - 11 hours to pay
• If you see my pm but don't reply/pretend like you don't see it over 3 times, you're on my blacklist
• If you have other reason like: no longer interested, too busy,... please lemme know soon so I can sell it to other person
• If you can't pay but still try to claim/don't let other people claim
then you're on my blacklist
• When paying i will send you a paypal.me link to pay directly, please do not ask for my email, I'm uncomfortable with that
• If you can't send by that link I can also send you an invoice, and if possible after paid you can send me a screenshot to prove you have paid
➤ About Holding Adopts
- Usually i do hold for 1-2 days, but if necessary i can do 3-4 days
- I also can do hold for over 1-2 weeks but you need to pay at least 25% of the AB price
- Do not ask for the refund of the upfront payment if you backout
- If you backout too much, you will be blocked
